Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Ignition. By using the product you agree to them.

1. What Ignition is

Ignition is document-preparation and scheduling software for newly formed U.S. limited liability companies. It generates business documents (operating agreement drafts, vendor trade-account application forms, and a standardized business name/address block) and provides a dated checklist the customer completes themselves. Access is immediate and digital.

Ignition is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, law firm, or tax advisor. Specifically, Ignition is not a credit repair, credit monitoring, or credit counseling service: we do not dispute, correct, or attempt to alter any information on any consumer or business credit report; we do not monitor credit files; and we do not provide credit counseling, debt relief, debt settlement, or debt negotiation.

2. What Ignition is not

• We do not guarantee funding, credit approval, credit scores, bureau reporting timelines, or D-U-N-S issuance. Those are controlled by third parties.
• We do not impersonate you at the IRS, banks, bureaus, Google, or vendors.
• We do not sell seasoned tradelines or paid “EIN / faster DUNS” services.
• We do not lend money, broker loans, or arrange financing of any kind.
• We do not request, access, or process Social Security numbers or consumer credit reports. Our customer is the business entity, not the consumer, and nothing we do affects your personal credit.
• Drafts (including operating agreements) are tools — not legal advice. Have professionals review.

3. The 30-Day Credit Line Guarantee

The Sprint Pass carries a guarantee, on these exact terms:

• What you must do: complete the pre-flight steps (EIN, business checking), then complete every remaining checklist step on schedule within 30 days of the date you open the LLC's business checking account — including genuinely completing the steps only you can do (EIN, bank account, phone, listings, submitting the vendor applications, placing and paying orders).
• What we guarantee: if you do, your LLC will have at least one real, open credit line in its own name within 30 days of the bank account opening. Net-30 vendor terms count — that is trade credit, extended to the business and payable on terms. If day 20 arrives with no approval, email us and we work your file directly at no charge.
• The remedy: if you completed every step on schedule and 30 days pass from the bank account opening with no open credit line in the LLC's name, email us within 14 days and we refund the Sprint Pass in full — 100%.
• What it is not: we are not a lender and no third party has promised to lend to you. This guarantee is backed by our refund, not by any bank. It is not a guarantee of loan approval by any specific lender, credit scores, Paydex, bureau posting speed, DUNS issuance timing, or any funding amount. Anyone who guarantees a bank loan is lying to you.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are authorized to act for the company you enter.
• You provide accurate information and keep name, address, and phone consistent on official filings.
• You complete government and bank steps yourself on official sites.
• You do not submit SSNs or secrets into chat features.

5. Purchases and billing

The Sprint Pass is a one-time purchase ($149) processed by Stripe; their terms also apply. Price and what it unlocks are shown before you pay. Refunds are governed by the 30-Day Guarantee above. Chargebacks for services clearly disclosed may result in account suspension.

6. Local data

This version stores data in your browser. You are responsible for exports you need. We are not liable for data loss from clearing storage, device failure, or browser limits.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to reverse-engineer for building a competing scam service, no abusing the guarantee with fabricated completion.

8. Intellectual property

Ignition software and branding belong to the operator. You keep rights to your company content. You grant us a limited license to process what you submit to operate the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Credit, legal, and tax outcomes depend on third parties and your own actions.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your applications to third parties using materials you generated.
