Privacy Policy

Ignition is a business identity and commercial-credit workspace for new U.S. LLCs. We design the product so your company file stays on your device whenever possible. We do not sell your data. We do not pull personal FICO scores or file with the IRS or banks as you.

1. Who we are

2. Information you provide

• Company profile (legal name, DBA, address, industry, optional EIN, funding goal)
• Signer details (name, title, business email/phone, attestation)
• Drafts and packets generated from your inputs
• Hermes chat messages

We do not require your Social Security number. Do not paste SSNs, bank passwords, or full card numbers into Ignition.

3. Storage

This MVP stores your file in browser local storage on your device. Clearing site data or losing the device can delete it. Hosted or native versions may process connection logs and optional cloud AI prompts as described below.

4. Hermes & AI

Local tools run against your on-device file. Optional cloud model answers may send a limited prompt (company context + question — avoid secrets). AI drafts are not legal advice.

5. How we use information

To provide the desk, packets, and support; to secure the service; to comply with law. We do not sell personal or company information for advertising.

6. Sharing

Service providers (hosting, payments, AI inference), legal requirements, business transfers, or when you yourself paste a packet into a bank or vendor site. Third-party sites have their own policies.

7. Your choices

Edit or delete fields in the product; clear browser storage; avoid pasting sensitive IDs into chat; contact us for server-side deletion requests at help@ignitiondesk.biz.

8. Children

Ignition is for adult business use, not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change. Material changes may be noted in the product.

10. Plain summary

• We don’t sell your data.
• Your LLC file is primarily on your device.
• No SSN required — don’t paste one in.
• We don’t file your EIN or open your bank account.
